Using Kalry
Kalry is a personal nutrition-tracking service for adults. By using Kalry, you agree to use it lawfully, provide information you are permitted to provide, and review estimates before relying on them.
You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and device secure. Do not share session credentials, verification codes, or another person’s private information through the service.
Nutrition estimates
Meal-photo results, serving sizes, calorie values, macro values, targets, streaks, and progress views are estimates for general wellness and education. Ingredients, cooking methods, hidden oils, sauces, and portion size can materially change a result.
Kalry lets you review and edit a meal before saving it. You remain responsible for deciding whether an estimate is suitable for your use.
Kalry Coach
Kalry Coach uses artificial intelligence to answer fitness and nutrition questions. Responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. The Coach does not diagnose conditions, provide emergency support, or replace a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional.
Do not rely on Kalry Coach for urgent, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
Accounts and guest use
You may use supported parts of Kalry with a private guest identity stored on your device. Google sign-in enables account-backed features and secure synchronization. You must provide accurate onboarding details where they affect calculated targets.
Kalry may limit requests or suspend access used to abuse, disrupt, probe, automate against, or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the meal photos, entries, profile details, and questions you submit. You give Kalry permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, synchronize, and improve the requested service.
Do not upload illegal content or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Trials, purchases, and cancellation
Subscriptions are disabled in the initial public-launch configuration. When paid access is enabled, eligible signed-in users may receive a two-day app-managed trial, followed by the monthly Google Play offer shown before purchase. The live Play listing controls the final price, taxes, billing period, and purchase terms.
Google Play processes payment and manages cancellation. Deleting Kalry does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; manage it through Google Play before deleting your account.
Availability and changes
Kalry may change, add, limit, or remove features as the app improves. Availability can be interrupted by connectivity, maintenance, model providers, cloud storage, app stores, or other systems outside Kalry’s direct control.
Kalry may end access where required by law, where use creates risk for other users or the service, or where these terms are materially violated.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Kalry is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kalry does not promise uninterrupted access, perfect recognition, exact nutrition values, a particular health result, or that every error will be corrected.
