Estimates, not measurements
Kalry estimates visible food, portion size, calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat from a photograph or the values you enter. A photo cannot measure an exact serving or reliably identify every ingredient.
Lighting, camera angle, plate size, preparation method, hidden ingredients, sauces, oils, and recipe variation can all change the result. Confidence labels describe the model’s uncertainty; they do not make an estimate exact.
Review before saving
Kalry shows the result before adding it to your log. Check the food name, portion, measured weight, calories, and macros. Edit the result whenever packaging, a recipe, a kitchen scale, or another reliable source gives you better information.
Targets are general guidance
Starting calorie and macro targets use the age, height, weight, activity, goal, and formula option you provide. They are general wellness calculations, not an assessment of your metabolism, medical history, medication, pregnancy, allergies, dietary needs, or athletic requirements.
AI Coach limitations
Kalry Coach generates responses using artificial intelligence and may use your recent goals and nutrition progress as context. A response may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for you. Saved actions and checklists are suggestions only.
Not medical advice
Kalry is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not replace care from a doctor, registered dietitian, or another qualified healthcare professional.
Speak with a qualified professional before making a significant diet or weight change, especially if you are pregnant, under medical care, taking medication, managing a health condition, or have a history of disordered eating. For an urgent medical concern, contact local emergency services.
